Privacy policy
We collect only the details we need to reply to you. This page says what they are, what we do with them and how to have them deleted.

What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email, telephone if you give it, and your message.
If you write to us directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive whatever details you share there.
Why we use it
To reply to your message and, if you ask us to, to arrange your stay. We do not use your details for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own use.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form, and on answering your request before a booking (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to deal with your request and the conversation that follows. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it — for tax records, for example, when a booking follows.
Who else processes it
Messages from the form reach our inbox through an email delivery service, and the website is hosted by a hosting provider. They handle your details only on our behalf.
Some of them are based outside the European Union. Where that is the case, the transfer relies on the safeguards the Regulation provides, such as standard contractual clauses.
Bookings
Online bookings are made on our booking provider's reservation page. The details you enter there are used only to manage your booking.
Cookies and statistics
The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The only things stored on your device are choices you make yourself: your language, if you change it, and the light or dark theme, if you change it.
We count visits anonymously, without cookies and without storing anything on your device.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your details, to restrict how we use them, or to withdraw your consent, by writing to info@aegeanparadiso.gr.
If you think we have not handled them properly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
